About Our Process

Creaton Solutions adopts a simple five Phases of the Web Site Design and Development Process. The stages of phases are explained.....

Phase 1 - Information Gathering:

After you are satisfied with our quotes and happy to proceed further, our initial process begins. The first step in designing a successful web site is to gather information. This stage is most important and need a careful consideration. At this stage we understand the nature of your business and goals. Based on this we extract all the details related to the web design.

Phase 2 - Planning with the resource:

Using the information gathered from phase one by our design team, we will plan with the resources available. At this stage we get an opportunity to analyse which design technology to implement. Example; interactive forms, ecommerce design, flash buttons and banners, etc. are discussed when planning your web site.

Phase 3 - Design the first draft and submitted:

Our design team will create the very first draft of the design. This draft is submitted to the client for a first look at the future of their website. Once we get the feedback from the clients we do necessary changes according to your request.

Phase 4 - Finalise the Design Draft:

After the necessary changes to your web design, we resubmit to our clients for the final approval. Once if you are happy about the design we finalise the web design.

Phase 5 - Testing and Delivery:

This is the final phase of our design process. With the final approved version, our web designers will conduct the final details and test client's web site. We will test things such as the complete functionality of forms or other scripts, as well last testing for last minute compatibility issues', ensuring that client's web site is optimised to be viewed properly in the most recent web browser versions. We will upload the website to the clients hosting server and we can also email the site files to clients so that they can upload and host on their own.
